Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We are a small company and do not ship everyday.  We attempt to ship as soon as able but sometimes this might take a couple days.  You will receive a confirmation notice as soon as your parcel is packed.

For international shipments, please allow several weeks for arrival.

 

Return/Exchanges/Replacements:

All sales are considered final with the exception of damage.  We do our best to describe our products accurately, so please read the descriptions carefully.  We pride ourselves on our high satisfaction rate and are sure you will enjoy the items that you choose.

Damage happens very rarely, but please contact us and we can make it right.  If your purchase shows to be defective after arrival, please contact us within 10 days of purchase.  We are not responsible for damage caused from use.

If your international order has become lost along the way, please contact your local post office after 6 weeks of the shipment date.  If they are unable to locate it, you can contact us for a replacement for the cost of shipping.  If you prefer a refund, we can refund the cost of the items minus the shipping cost.
